Shipping policy
It will take 1-3 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Although orders are typically processed within a 1-3 day time frame, please allow up to 4 business days for orders to process (i.e., if you order on Monday, you can expect the order to be shipped by Friday at the latest). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail.
When will my order be processed?
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 7-25 business days for delivery in the United States, and 7-25 business days for international orders (depending on location).
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that all shipping information is correct. There is a strict shipping schedule in place and therefore we will not always be able to make changes to the shipping address. If you decide to change your shipping information, please write to us at support@tryawnory.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Therefore, please always double check the address you are entering before checking out, as tryawnory.com will not be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
If your order is already being processed or has already shipped, the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us. If the item is returned to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.
